On PostSecret:
"I only feel beautiful when I'm hungry."
Well, I generally don't feel beautiful at all, so for a moment there I thought I'd found a trick. Maybe if I were hungry more... but then, when I'm hungry I'm not happy. Hard to feel beautiful when you're not happy.
Hm.
Awww. Thanks for the link, Scroobious.
ReplyDelete:)
You're most welcome. Richly deserved linkage. (I'll be even more grateful when I finish the larceny and see if it works.)
ReplyDeleteHmm. I see her point because of the Law of Beautiful Dieting....but it's kinda scary, really. I would rephrase to say "attractive" because I think you're right, Scroob, about beauty and happiness.
ReplyDeleteI understand only too well about not feeling beautiful, but I feel the need to tell your faithful readers, who may not have actually clapped eyes on your person:
ReplyDeleteReaders, Scroob is a babe. Of note. Don't let her infer otherwise. And has a truly disarming decolletage. Wait, that might be part of one's dress, not part of one's body. Anyway: numbies.
the word numbies made me giggle. I have no idea what it means.
ReplyDeleteI'm hungry now and I'm not feeling beautiful. so I fully support this. I saw that secret, kind of scared me a little.
Numbies, pronounced "noombees!" with relish. In Yankee, he means I have a great rack.
ReplyDeleteI heart Anonymous. You cheer me up, sweetiedahling, you really do.
oooohhh. thanks for clearing it up scroob. may use that soon.... where's nadia?
ReplyDeleteWho's the perve now?!
ReplyDeleteI will most definitely be making "numbies" a part of my regular vocabulary.
