She's so shiny.
Not very slim, true, but terribly clever. And so cute.
More importantly, I can now blog from the comfort of bed. With cats. And sunshine. I can't tell you what an improvement this is.

Well this is just embarrassing. I'm being shown up for how irregularly I check blogs (Cliff) as well as how neglected my blogroll is (both of you). I don't really use the blogroll, see. I've been ignoring many things about the design and setup of this blog for far too long, because yes, I plan to move it. A plan long in the making. Let me explain - no. There is too much. Let me sum up:
I was thinking of moving Scroobious.
Purlescence needed a blog and Beloved made me one, in MT.
Beloved and I, it turns out, *hate* MT.
We are moving the brand new Purlescence blog to Wordpress.
So the Scrivenings will probably be migrated to Wordpress too.
But first we have about a hundred and three more important things to do.
There. All caught up?
(The lovely shiny laptop, btw, is also much faster than the old desktop. Happy, I am.)
Are you not also a sexy redhead? All that sexy redheadedness in one places makes my mind want to explode.
My girlfriend was also a sexy redhead, but she's growing it out and now she's almost back to being a sexy brunette.

No MacBook Pro?
We have a simple policy: our household works best with one Mac and one PC. Since Armin loves his Mac, that leaves me with the PC, which I don't really mind at all, since I can usually afford a much more powerful computer. So he's a little bit jealous of my high specs, and I'm a little bit jealous of his sexy interface, but it all works out.
Plus, she's a redhead. That sealed the deal for me.
